1. Let the clip load and play. The clip must be playing first for this to work.
2. Change the Rate pulldown. For a discussion of what media types this works with and how, please refer to the WMPSDK documentation. It will not work with local playback of Windows Media files, for example.
3. Note that the rate resets between clips opened.
