We generally support:
	Nav 3/4 16bit
	Nav 3/4+ 32bit
	IE 16bit
	IE 32bit
	AOL 2+
	Opera

but Opera has its own internal issues and we don't fully support one 
16bit client, I don't remember which.  Generally we just tell people Nav 
3.0 or higher and pretty much any version of IE.

Codec download does require IE 3.02 or later to be *installed* 
(doesn't have to be used) though.
