Version 1.64 (beta): SVC Support: Win and Portraits sprites are in, most character sprites are not. Samurai Shodown 5 Special support. KOF02UM: new character sprites, fixed portrait sprites. Jojos: expose Gray Fly (he's on the ROM, not usable), a lot of new sprites. KOF98: portrait palettes. SFIII3 and Jojos SIMM rip support via Load Directory. Windows 10 Color Picker Power Toy paste support. MVC2 Arcade rerip support.
Version 1.63: SFA2 support (both 960229 and 960306). KOF02UM portrait updates. Fixed crash on some MvC2 palettes with long names. MSFT RIFF .PAL palette import support. Improvements for KOF98, KOF02, and SF3.
Since 1.22 way back in 2008: Added support for Jojo's, CVS2, MSH, COTA, XvSF, MSHvSF, MvC1, MvC2 arcade (NAOMI), Garou: Mark of the Wolves (Arcade and Steam), KOF98, KOF:02 (NEOGEO), KOF02UM (Steam), tons of new sprites, Team View for MvC2, high DPI support fixed, tons of new palettes for most games, large palette support natively and via Extras extension files, 16 color per line support, multisprite export work, it builds Unicode, it's faster and uses less memory, lots of important bug fixes especially for MvC2-Dreamcast. Please do not use 1.22: it is old and buggy. You want at least version 1.63.
